- SaaS Agents (M365, Copilot Studio) – informational agents
- Copilot Studio and RAG (accessing M365 resources + grounded corporate data)
- Multi Agentic workflows where both determinism and non determinism (reasoning) are built
- LLM usage and customisation – the ability to ‘build your own’ type of LLM targeting a specific domain (eg Wealth Management, Banking processes)
None of this is simple or cheap.
