According to RightScale ‘State of the Cloud’ reports, these 3 areas are the most painful for large firms. Understanding SysOps, building viable runbooks, and using the services AWS natively provides properly, will help most firms reduce their costs and improve governance and security. All 3 areas are of course, at various levels, intertwined and connected.
