The shift to IaaS and PaaS and the concomittant improvement in security, networking and flexible compute, makes the trend of ITaaS somewhat inexorable. ITaaS assumes a large usage of Cloud computing.

Further, IDC predicts that by 2028, more than 80% of business IT expenditures will be cloud-related”
