AWS is being used by about 2/3 of respondents to handle various types of workloads. This market share will not decrease in an appreciable manner. Google, IBM, Oracle are far behind Azure and AWS in cloud usage. This will not change in the near future unless Google keeps giving away services and platform usage for free.
However, the multi-cloud for VLEs is an established fact, with over 80% of VLEs using more than one cloud.
Cloud initiatives include optimisation of existing Cloud estates and moving over more workloads.
Within VLEs Cloud workloads now comprise the majority.
